The photos don't do this FABULOUS antique hanging lamp justice because the repousse brass work is amazing it looks like it came off an antique carousel. IT is pretty big ( 28" tall to the crown top)and wide ( 15" across with a circumference of 44"). Each of the 8 arched sides stand out and are loaded with glass prism. The work is like that of a circus display with the almost gaudy metal work. There are three layers of crystals that hand from the larger row of metal and crystals. It is a really gorgeous piece and although it is a little dusty on top , it is something you will certainly be impressed with once you have it up and hanging. We bought it from an estate in Louisiana with a bit of a bizarre past. Many items were voodoo related and the whole house was like an Adamms family museum. I will have to ship this fed ex because of its size and that should run about $40.00. THe patina on this is a rich shade of bronze and it even hads part of its metal chain that it hung from. As you can see it works and just needs to be mounted and wired. We have a plug on the end so we didn't have to have it wired into the ceiling. You can use it that way too.
