This is a very cool Republican PArty Elephant collection that must have taken the original owner many years to acquire. Smallest piece is 3/4" long; largest is 2-3/4" across. We'll give you a brief rundown, then please ask specific questions. Please pay attention to the penny for size relationships. Enlarged photos are below. Some of the smaller items are in more than one photo for detail. Earrings and cufflinks each count as 1 item.

Large pewter double-elephant on a 22" silvertone chain. 1 pair Castle Cuff cufflinks 2 pairs screw-back earrings (one pair mother of pearl) Glitzy rhinestone brooch with red rhinestone eye Elect Buckson Governor pin (pinback missing) [from Pennsylvania or Delaware] 2 brass & enamel "Member Delaware Rebublican Party" brass and enamel pins (One has a little bit of green) 1940 GOP brass elephant head pin, a little green on the tip of the trunk 2 brass year pins --'52 and '54 in plastic IKE pin 4 tiny pendants -- 2 plastic blue glass, dark gray metal 2" brooch of 3 ivory elephants 4 large goldtone brooches, including Krementz Contempo with original box, Trifari and ART

Condition: All very good to excellent. Just a little brass discoloration as noted above.

Age: Assorted vintage approximately 1940s - 1980s.

We give everthing a superficial cleaning, but due to the fragile nature of many of the items we handle, we leave the remaining cleaning up to the new owner. Payment, Shipping & Insurance: Please email within 3 days of end of auction to state method of payment, or use "Pay Now" feature. Payment must be received within 10 days of end of auction. PayPal is preferred, as it is the quickest and safest for both buyer and seller. PayPal is the ONLY FORM of payment accepted from buyers outside the United States. Checks or money orders lost or stolen in the mail are the responsibility of the buyer. Personal checks will be held 10 business days, until cleared. Then, item will ship. Buyer pays shipping and handling. Insurance optional on most auctions. We use lots of bubble wrap and peanuts. However, if the buyer does not choose insurance, the buyer is responsible for loss or damage in shipment. Return Policy: Item may be returned if we agree that the item was misrepresented. Refund will be made of purchase price and shipping to buyer. Buyer pays for return shipping and insurance. Item must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt of item, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
