This amazing vintage doll is EMMETT KELLY'S WILLIE THE CLOWN. Made in 1958, he is still in wonderful condition! Willie measures about 22" tall and is wearing his all original costume. His head and hands are made of a soft vinyl and the rest of his body is cloth. He has an amazing detailed face with forehead wrinkles, expressive golden eyes, big red nose, rosy cheeks, white down turned mouth and dark facial beard paint. He was designed to be a hobo clown, wearing patched pants and a rough mismatched outfit. He has little red suspenders under his brown coat. He wears a green shirt with his original tie, clothes pin, felt hat and felt shoes. The tag on his jacket is still crisp and new. The back of the tag says EXCLUSIVELY LICENSED BABY BARRY TOY N.Y.C. His jacket does look a bit faded in the back, but it could be intended that way since he is a hobo clown. He comes from a smoke free environment. Please e-mail with any questions. Thanks for looking.
