Up for Auction - NO RESERVE Vintage Wooden Box Camera Carl Zeiss Jena Lens Ground Glass Back We belive this is a custom made camera as t are no brands or maker's marks anyw we see. We are not camera experts so we will provide detailed photos and describe it as well as we can. The lens is marked, "Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 1:6,3 F 145mm" the only moving part is the iris which operates smoothly. The lens holder for this lens appears newer and less well made than the camera. T is another lens holder that appears original to the camera, but the hole is larger than the Zeiss lens. T is a crack in the wood on the face of the camera shown in the photos. The wooden trim piece on the ground glass back needs to be reglued. The only markings we see are on the hinges that are part of the ground glass back. They are marked, "Lancaster Patent". T are two double sided film holders that fit in grooves between the ground glass and the camera. T is a second camera back with a built in film holder that replaces the ground glass. The openings in all the film holders measure 3 X 5. Before Bidding Understand that all of our auction items come from Consignments, Estate Sales, Business Liquidations, or third parties. EBay’s revised listing policies require payment through eBay checkout. If you desire to pay by any other means, please contact us before bidding to see if it is allowable. If payment is not received within seven (7) days of auction close, item(s) will be re-listed and NPB will be file. Return Policy If you're not happy with something you buy, contact us within 7 days of receipt of item. If t was an error on our part we will issue a full refund upon return. If the item was described accurately, but you decide you don't want to keep it (wrong size, you don't need it, you thought you were buying something else) you must contact us within three (3) days of receipt. As long as the item is returned prepaid, undamaged and properly packaged, we will refund your purchase price (less shipping & handling) upon return.
