Offered for sale is a vintage 4 piece floral transferware chamber set made in Madrid Spain. This set is white with a pink rose floral design and gold gilding. The four pieces are as follows: Wash Basin - measures 17 1/2" across and stands 5" tall. The bowl has 2 pink rose floral designs on the outside and 3 pink rose floral designs on the inside. The outer edge is a slight scallop shape and t are two slight handles. The bowl has a raised embossed pattern on the top inner part of the bowl which is highlighted by gold gild. The gold gild also trims the edge of the bowl. The bowl is crazed and t is a small crack about 2" long near the top of one side. Large pitcher - stands 11 1/2" high and measures 11" from end of spout to end of handle. The pitcher also has pink rose floral designs on two sides and on the inside of the spout. T is a raised embossed pattern on the pitcher that is hightlighted by gold gild. T is also gold trim on the handle, top edge of the pitcher and on the scalloped base. The pitcher is marked Madrid on the bottom. T are no chips or cracks but the pitcher does have crazing. Small vase - stands 5" high and measures 4" across.
