Vintage 40's 50's Brown Fedora Penneys Marathon w box I have a great vintage fedora with a box for auction. The box is in fair condition, but will keep your hat out of the sun & dust free. The Fedora is in excellent condition and is brown in color. It is a Penney's Marathon, and is size 7 1/4. The 1 1/2" inside band and lining has little wear. T is a 1 1/2" color matching ribbon around the 5" crown and also around the edge of the 2 1/2" w. brim. The box is from Resistol, Self-Conforming Hats, and the edge of one side of the box has been torn off, but is inside the box. T is a vinyl belt to hold the lid on, but one side has come unattached. It is inside the box as well. I will leave any repairs up to you. I have shown several pictures of the box. It measures 14 1/2 X 13 1/2 X 6 1/2. This item is vintage and is being sold on an as is basis. I do have a 3 day refund policy. Shipping will be $8.50. I will pack your hat as if it were my own, with tissue paper stuffing the hat and around it in the box. The box will be packed in another box after being wrapped in bubble wrap. It will then be pack with lots of packing material and appropriate labels attached before shipping. That does not mean it will reach you in the same condition as when it leaves my possession. Insurance is optional. I do not refund for items damaged, lost or broken in transit. I accept PayPal only. Payment is due within 3 days after your final purchase.
