48 piece set of Mandarin Famille Rose china. I am not sure the exact year these were made, but judging from the marks probably the very late 19th century to the early 20th century. This is not the new reproduction that is out there.
Some have chips and condition issues. Even so, they all display nicely!
2 teapots, both marked China. Chip on edge of the round teapot but it is largely covered by the rim of the lid, so the pot still looks good in the cabinet.
5 demi-tasse cups and saucers marked China. Cup 2 inches tall, saucer 4 1/2 inches wide (a sixth cup is available, but the handle has broken off. Parts are here, can be glued, that will be left to the buyer)
6 saucers marked Made in China 5 1/2 inches across, one is chipped
6 lunch size plates 7 1/4 inches across marked Made in China
6 bowls. low, small soup or dessert bowls?? 5 3/4 inches across maybe 1 1/2 inches or 1 3/4 inches deep.
1 unmarked container, lid missing, it may be around here somewhere, about 3 3/4 inches tall, just over 3 1/2 inches wide.
3 dipping sauce dishes, not old, marked Andrea Japanese porcelain decorated in Hong Kong. These are the only reproduction in the lot.
1 unglazed strainer
1 lid, small, looks to be old, peach finial, intricately handpainted
2 dipping sauce dishes marked China, chipped but not too bad, 3 1/4 inches across
1 egg cup, no mark, 2 large, obvious chips
2 tea cups, both with metal replacement handles that match
1 teacup no chips or repairs, but wear to faces of mandarins, and it has a scalloped shape
3 small plates:
1 old no mark very intricately painted and thicker than the other plates, perhaps a small serving dish? measures just under 5 1/2 inches wide. 3 small chips, still displays nice
1 scalloped plate with no mark about 5 1/8 inches across
1 scalloped saucer, just under 6 inches wide, no mark, small chip
