Up for auction is this neat bar tank that would have had an integral horn and button. We're unsure of exact manufacturer, but are thinking Schwinn since the front vents are identical to a badly damaged Schwinn tank we saw for sale alongside this. Any assistance on exact manufacturer and age would be appreciated, as always. Recent attic find...first time to market. The tank is complete and original, with no repairs. No rust rot, broken welds, holes, etc...just the denting on the midpoint of both sides, as shown. Measures approximately 21 3/4" tip to tip at its longest. Both thread clips still fully intact and solid. Please let us know if you need additional information. Local pick-up in the far northwest suburbs of Chicago is always welcomed, at no charge.
