Up for auction is one of the harder style of Hamm's Beer advertising signs to find. This sign dates from the late 1950's to early 1960's and is made of thin plastic. Deep colors and the sign is in unused condition. It has been stored away since it was made and never hung. Still has the two pieces of padded double stick tape on the rear of the sign and is unpeeled. The sign features the famous Hamm's Bear playing golf with other cartoon characters. A rabbit holding the hole flag, squirrel holding a bottle of Hamm;s and a bull charging the red flag held by the squirrel and behind the Hamm's Bear. Sign measures approx. 18 1/2 inches wide by 12 inches tall. The colorful scene is mostly 3 dimensional on the sign and has nothing wrong with it. Overall condition is excellent with no cracks, no holes, no repairs, no dents, no creases, no fading and again has never bene used! It is deadstock and has been stored for years. Tough sign to find in this nice of condition. Found safely stored away at a recent 90 year estate of along time San Diego bar owner and was safely stored away. Please keep an eye on my other auctions for other great vintage beer items, including other Hamm's beer signs like this. Good luck and please email me with any questions. The glare spots are from the lights reflection and NOT on the actual items surface(color is perfect)
