Vintage 6 Ft Evergleam ALUMINUM CHRISTMAS TREE This is a vintage 6' foot aluminum stainless Christmas tree called Evergleam made by the Aluminum Specialty Company. Evergleam was the premier aluminum tree brand in the 1960's located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The tree comes with a 3 leg stand, a 2 piece pole, 95 branches in their original paper sleeves (one sleeve is missing), and its original box. Only 93 branches are needed, so t are 2 extra branches. It is easy to assemble. The tree is in good condition with shiny bright branches. The foil around the poles is a little worn and it has some scotch tape trying to hold the foil on. (This is very typical of these trees.) The stand has 1 gray plastic tip that was so brittle from age, it broke, but it is not noticable that it is missing. The stand is still very functional. The box is in fair condition. It was probably stored in the garage or attic all these years. One end flap is torn off and 2 corners are torn. It is still usable. I will wrap it for shipping. This tree is sure to bring back lots of memories. It has a great retro look. I am also selling a color wheel in another auction. Thanks for bidding! It comes from a smoke free home.
