You are bidding on a really cool vintage Ludwig snare drum from the early 1960s.It is all original except for the heads & snare wires. No extra holes or mods. These multi-sparkle drums were fairly rare, and this one is being offered at NO RESERVE,so bid early & often! The parts alone (strainer/hoops) are very desirable, and worth the opening bid and then some.Or recover it for the ultimate heavy metal snare drum! are the details: The shell measures 10 x 14",and was originally covered in green & silver sparkle which has faded to a gold & silver sparkle.White painted interior with no date stamp, but the keystone badge has no serial number,so I'm sure it is from the early 1960s.Also,the tone control & knob are both round as opposed to the later "baseball bat" style.Original P-83 strainer & butt plate are fully functional.Eight mini-classic lugs top & bottom.Chrome over brass hoops top & bottom would be great for that "Jazz Festival" model. All hardware is chrome plated and in good condition. Please ask questions,as all sales are final.Winning bidder to pay ACTUAL shipping charges determined after the auction's end depending on location.Full payment due within 7 days.
