VINTAGE 60s STYLE (Modern) RETRO MOD INDIE TRADITIONAL GENTLEMAN'S HERITAGE COUNTRY OVERCOAT TRENCH CAR COAT -- SIZE 48" CHEST -- -- SECONDHAND - PLEASE READ 'CONDITION' CAREFULLY -- Vintage style mens trench / over coat in a beautiful olive green wool and cotton blend, featuring two slot pockets at the waist, button and strap cuff detail and moleskin collar. Fastens at the front with five buttons behind a flat front placket. There is a single 16" vent at the back. Lined at the chest and sleeves with a luxurious quilted lining with an additional buttoned inner pocket. As you can see from the photographs, it looks wonderful worn with a crisp white shirt and cravat for a Traditional Tailored Gentleman look . Ideal for all your country pursuits! Just team it with plus fours and a flat cap for a jolly nice Country Living ensemble! Very 40s WWII! It also looks amazing worn with slim leg trousers and chelsea boots for a cool 60s Retro Mod Indie look! Or why not wear it with skinny jeans, a leather satchel and thick-brimmed glasses for a contemporary Preppy Art School Geek Chic look! Looking Nerdy has never been cooler! Measurements: CHEST 52" (to fit a labelled size 48" Chest) WAIST 53" LENGTH 46" SLEEVE LENGTH 18.5" from underarm to cuff The measurements stated above are of the actual item and to allow for movement etc, your own measurements should ideally be somewhat smaller. For the best fit compare the measurements with a similar garment that suits you well. This garment is labelled with a size 48, which would appear accurate depending on garments worn underneath. H owever please refer to the measurements to ensure a perfect fit! Condition: The jacket is in good secondhand vintage condition with light general wear. It would benefit from being dry cleaned to freshen it up as it has been stored away for a long time. The hem was sewn up at some point to shorten the coat (this is shown in the photographs). We have unpicked this and returned the coat to normal, this has left a crease in the coat which should come out with a press.
