vintage 925 sterling silver rust brown black jasper ring 9 wide modernist TO-39 Description For the next couple of weeks I will be listing some lovely sterling silver jewelry from my family pieces and others that I have collected over the years. You are admiring a gorgeous vintage sterling silver large ring with distinctive modernist design. The large smooth stone is leopard jasper I believe and the main color is a dark rusty brown with black mixed in. It is very smooth and shiny. Total length of ring front is 1 " and it measures size 9 but as you can see, it is slightly out of round and since it has an opening at back, it will be infinitely adjustable. With its asymmetrical shape, it can be worn with either side toward the wrist, so it is adjustable in that way, too. It weighs about 10 - 12 grams total weight. Inside it is marked "MEXICO", "925" and "TO-39". This ring is probably from in the 1960 - 1970 period.
