Hello and thanks for looking, is a real nice old WEAR_EVER coffee maker. It's 10 1/2" tall and 9" from handle to spout. A #956 on the bottom and also PAT. D - 95799 and PAT. D - 95800. I am not sure if the date is in these numbers or not. This one looks like it was never used. T are a few scuffs and blemishes on the outside of the pot and looks like someone tried to start cleaning it. The inside is really nice, very useable. T are 3 sections to the pot. The top and I guess water reservoir still has the original instructions inside, pix 3,4,& 5. Below that a quarter turn cup (kinda) that holds the filter and the coffee. The bottom was w the coffee filtered to and was heated. Pictures 3&4&5 show all the parts and the inside of the pot, and the inside is really nice looking. Like I say I don't think this was ever used. The original instructions plus a 100 filter pack for WEAR-EVER Coffee Maker from The Aluminum Coking Utensil Co. New Kensington, PA. The bakelite handle and knob are in great shape with no chips. Looks like this could use a good outside cleaing and ready for display or use. Thank you for looking and good luck,
