A very cute little vintage 9ct gold heart-shaped locket and chain, c.1980s in date. The heart is approx. 14mm wide, 20mm drop including the bale and 3mm thick. It has a pretty raised pattern of stylised roses and heart-shaped leaves- quite art nouveau in style. The locket opens and closes fine, and there are spaces inside for two photos with clear plastic inserts and black fabric backings. The locket is on a slim, twisted chain, approx. 45cm long with a good safety clasp. The safety clasp is marked '375' for 9ct gold, and the locket is unmarked but tests as gold.
