Up for auction is an original three-piece coat for 10.50" Toni dolls made by American Character from 1958.
Outfit is not tagged (American Charter clothes were not tagged) but can be seen in the book American Character Dolls by Judith Izen on page 121.
Very tailored, tan felt coat detailed with two working pockets in front, cuffed sleeves, Peter Pan collar and four gold buttons.
Two buttons act as closure and one at each pocket.
One pocket still retains it's white and pink lace handkerchief.
ORIGINAL red straw hat bucket type hat. Hat is colorful and the brim is intact!
All pieces are in very good condition, free of stains, repairs, holes or tears.
The only flaw I could find are from age rather then play. Coat is a tad, tad dingy.
Doll and shoes not included, only to show fit!
