VINTAGE ADVERTISING COLLECTIBLE, COLLECTIBLES. A LARKIN BAKING POWDER TIN AND A LARKIN AMBER PETROLEUM JELLY JAR, STILL FULL AND UNUSED WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX. BOTH OF THESE LARKIN ITEMS ARE RARE AND HARD TO FIND. NOT TO WORRY, T WILL BE NO SILLY RESERVE AND JUST A low OPENING BID! The first advertising collectible is a LARKIN BAKING POWDER TIN. The tin measures 4 3/4" high to the top of the domed lid and is 2 7/8" across the base. Overall the condition is very nice with great colors and graphics. No fading or stains but you will find wear to the paint around the edge of the lid along with some scratches on the body of the tin. Also t is a pencil eraser size spot of loss on the "N" in Larkin, which you can see in the pictures. T is a very slight indentation on the bottom front of the tin. You can also see this in the pictures. However, it does appear more defined in the pictures then it actually is. The lid screws on and off easily and the inside of the tin is clean except for some slight age related rust spots on the bottom. This is a great tin and certainly displays very nicely.The next advertising collectible is a LARKIN AMBER PETROLEUM JELLY JAR. This jar is still completely full and unused.
