Here is a vintage/old original tin sign from THE HIDEOUT. It was a retreat of Al Capones in the 1920s, located in Northern Wisconsin, and was open to the public for 40 years. Located in Couderay Wisconsin, which is near Hayward, WI. 2 years ago the LCO casino bought, and it has not been opened since. Nor, do they plan to open it again, to the public. Another tourist attraction, gone... This old sign is from the early 1960s, and was the first sign that THE HIDEOUT had. It is in NMINT condition, you would be hard pressed to find another as clean... Sign is made of tin, and measures approx 15.5" x 20.5" There are two postcard from the 1940s, that show how the place looked, back in the day. They ARE NOT for sale, but are shown, so you can see how the place looked....
