The binder is in good condition with no cracks. It apparently was stored next to a "This Seat Occupied" sign as it is printed in reverse on the back of the binder. The catalogs were filed inside heavy plastic sleeves and are in very good condition with no marks or tears except for a date written on the bottom back corner of the first one in the list. It also has an electric company stamp on the front. A few don't have dates on them, but all that do have dates are in the 1960's. 312 Check out our Ebay store Heart for Ethiopia.
