Old license plate reads: "In Peace As In War We Serve" "This Car Has a First Aid Kit for Use In Your Emergency". Center emblem is American Legion US logo. Plate has nice bright colors with very little paint loss. Top left corner and lower left corner have been noticeably bent outside the white border line. T is bent-in semi-circle below the logo about 1 inch x 1/2 inch. The bottom attaching slots are bent slightly and some paint is chipped t Edges are a little wavy. T are several chips in the white paint on the raised border and on the "RVE". Blue paint has some scratching and t and surface has some linear crazing. Plate presents well. Plate measures 14 x 6 inches. See photo.
