Up for your consideration is a very unusual piece. A RARE Amethyst Carnival Glass Bowl By L.E.Smith Co. It features a Sawtooth Scallop Rim, and a Brilliant Cut, Buzz Star?, Pattern.The Carnival Glass has an Outstanding Radium Iridescence that is only enhanced by the deeply cut pattern that produces an intense rainbow of colors, Purples, Blues, Greens, Reds, and Golds.. And when this bowl is held up to the light, the deep intense carnival glass coloring is transformed to a brilliant amethyst that is shadowed with the Buzz Star Pattern. This unique piece is in excellent condition, free from any chips, cracks, scratches, or repair and measures approx. 7" D x 1.5" H.
