Age: 1940's Features: High Grade Angelus Triple Calendar Chronograph Watch. Angelus was one of only a few Companies that made their own Chronograph movements during the 1940s and 1950's. This unique Dial Configuration is found on no other watch. Case :Stainless Steel Back Numbered 278561. Three Pushers allow the Quick-set Advancement of the Day, Date and Month Function. Notice the Unique Pusher Locations Between the Top and Bottom Lugs. Dial: Signed Complicated White Dial Shows Slight Aging. Gold Applied Hour Markers and Matching Hands. Month at 12:00 and Day at 6:00 are Specific to the Angelus Face. 45 Minute Register at 3:00 and Constant Seconds at 9:00. Flyback Counts 1/5 Second Graduation. Date Chapter from 1-31 Around Dial Perimeter and Red-Tipped Arrow Date Hand Pointer. Day and Date Functions Automatically Advance After Midnight. Month Indicator Was Designed for Manual Advancement. Movement: Swiss Made Angelus Manual Wind Movement with Day, Date and Month Functions. Small crack in crystal. Some wear on case.
