Measuring 4" x 1-1/2" is a vintage/antique Chinese Stamp Box in Brass and pierced jade. It passes the scratch test for jade. Nicely carved. There are a few internal fractures which I was unable to get in the pictures because you need a loupe to see them. Also, the bottom of the box looks as though, unbelievably, someone hammered a nail with the bottom of the box. Clearly seen in one of the photos. Hope the photos help with any questions. It has 3 compartments in which to place stamps. Box is in great working condition except for the cosmetics of the bottom and the hairline cracks in the pierced jade.
