Unbelievable Art Deco Bedroom - includes armoire (61.5" high, 36" side to side, 21" front to back), dresser (35" high, 44" side to side, 21" front to back), mirror that attaches to dresser (33.5" diameter), and nightstand (27.75" high, 14.75" side to side, 14" front to back). Dresser and armoire are marked/stenciled "R.F. Co." and have the numbers 260 and 261 also stenciled on backs (one # on each piece). Armoire has five drawers with veneered inlay pulls, curved, striated handles/detail, and waterfall detail on each drawer. Full length cedar closet on side with metal hanging rod. One pull has come detached, but is included - not comfortable with attempting repairs! Main condition issue is at base on closet side of armoire w veneer has come away/been lifted in two areas - one caused by wooden wheel on bottom of unit breaking when armoire was being moved - other was t when I got the set. Please see pictures. Nightstand with veneered inlay pulls, curved, striated detail, closet-type opening (no drawer), and waterfall detail. Inlay pull at top is loose, but intact. Dresser has three large drawers and - again - veneered inlay pulls, curved, striated handles/detail, and waterfall detail on each drawer. Wheels on bottom. Mirror attached to wood via what appear to be bakelite fasteners. Mirror has etching and "bubble" detail around perimeter. Excellent condition except for some very minor black spottiness on mirror silvering. Wood stays that fasten mirror to back of dresser appear to have been replaced. Screws attaching mirror to dresser will need to be replaced as they have been misplaced. Set is really gorgeous, and in excellent condition for its age - it shows all the earmarks of the Art Deco period - the flowing lines, the waterfall detail, the geometric inlay on the handle, the mirror details...this is truly quality furniture - I've not seen anything like it offered on Ebay - and, believe me, not being an expert I've been searching for some sort of Ebay reference point, to no avail. T is some scratchiness to dresser top in particular, and I believe a watermark each on the dressser and nightstand; some of the veneer on some of the inlays has come away. Again, it is a vintage set, and is not perfect - but it is beautiful and unique! Please ask questions prior to bidding - I'm not an expert, and may have missed some detail that is important - please let me know what to look for and I will respond promptly. PICKUP ONLY!!
