Here for your consideration is an antique ball and claw foot piano stool. It was manufactured by the Chas. Parker Co.in Meriden Ct. and is marked on the underside. This stool was likely made in the late 1800's or early 1900's. This stool is in original condition with the original finish. It has age appropriate wear that one would expect from an antique piece. The seat of the stool turns to adjust from 19 1/2" to 24" in height. The seat is 14" wide. The brass holding the glass ball feet is 3 1/2" high and the glass balls are 1 1/4" in diameter. This is truly a lovely piece and whether you use it for a piano stool, an accent piece or a plant stand it is sure to get lots of attention (it certainly has at our house!)
