Instruction pamphlet, needle, and clamp are included . This toy machine was manufactured by the Singer Manufacturing Co. The gold decals are all in excellent condition - no chipping or flaking of logo. The only thing that appears to be missing is the fabric guide (guide screw is still there). The bottom of the base is free of any felt, cork, or glue. Just a nicely painted surface. It comes with a "C" clamp. Not sure if it's original, but certainly is quite old.
