Vintage Estate Antique Gold? Cigar Cutter

This cigar cutter is in a box marked Slonim & Dawson Jewelers New Brunswick, New Jersey which leads me to believe that it is 14 or 18K Rose Gold but it is NOT MARKED and would need to be brought to a jeweler to confirm (I leave that up to the buyer). It is probably from the mid 1800-mid 1900's. It is in EXCELLENT condition without any dings or dents and may have not been used?

It weighs 5 gms. and measures 1 1/2 inches long and 5/8 inch at widest part.
