Stunning vintage antique NEW HAVEN TAMBOUR #19 mantel clock,circa 1920, tried to take pics in several kinds of light to show how stunning this clock is!the 2 tone wood pattern in the mahogany case is absolutley beautiful , with the exception of a few small dings ,the case is perfect,still has the entire factory sticker on the bottom. , it has a signed silvered dial,which is in excellent condition,the convex beveled glass and heavy brass bezel are perfect,no play in the bezel or hinge and shuts solidly ,with a snap!. . It strikes on the half and counts the full hours,beautiful resonating new haven coil chime,,signed and dated, 8 day brass time and strike movement with the makers mark .The case has been professionally restored and mvmnt cleaned and serviced recently, i have had it running for about a week now.it runs and chimes as it should ,. it has the original pendulum and a winding key,! The case is solid and, shows some wear as would most clocks this old.but look at the pics u really have to look hard to see any imperfections, this would be a stunning addition to any collection. I have recently moved to a much smaller place and must part with several of my clocks i will be listing several more in the next few weeks,sold as is,all my clocks run fine, but may require minor adjustment after shipping. the cost of packaging properly read more
