This is a beautiful waxed oak double fronted French filing cabinet dating from the 1930's. It was used by a Paris pen maker in the 1940's. The cabinet is in excellent condition. Both shutters slide very smoothly, the same key works both locks which also work perfectly. There are 9 shelves to each side, a total of 18. They are all removable, they pull out easily so that the space between them can be altered to allow different storage heights. The total height is 150 cm The top is 85 cm wide x 37.5 cm deep The body is 82.5 cm wide x 36 cm deep Viewing welcome if in the area.
