you are bidding on a late 1800's-early 1900's rpm speed indicator made from plated brass this quality made indicator still works to this day over 100 years after it was made!! the reverable end can be measured from either the right or left side as you can see in the pictures. it measures up to 1,000 rpm the big gear goes up to 100 and the little one counts 100's up to 10. it is a ver interesting piece because most indicators have only one gear. it is in excellent condition but it was soldered at one time on the back by the patent date which was nov, 28 1882 and a bit of the plating has worn from use and age.but this piece is still a very good and unique collectors item to add to any collection. i will ship worldwide if buyer pays extra shipping costs. i hate to get rid of it but i need to raise money for lawyer fees and court fees to fight for custody of my daughter. so happy bidding and congratulations to the winner of this fine piece of history. ANYWAYS, I AIM TO PLEASE SO IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO ASK. I WILL ANSWER QUESTIONS PROMPTLY AND SHIP PROMPTLY UPON RECIEVING PAYMENT. HAPPY BIDDING!!!!
