Very old possibly antique Sabatier 4.25" carbon steel chef's scalloped garnish knife in stunning barely used condition. Blade is marked Sabatier Acier Fondu K (with crown) Garanti,4.25" and the overall length is just under 8.5". Blade is nearly 100% full, it looks to have never been sharpened, the only thing that would keep me from calling it absolutely 100% full is a very small nick in the edge. T are no scratches to speak of and very few very light pits and pepper spots but the blade still has some of the original brightness to the steel. Ebony Nogent style handle is in very good condition, t is a hairline left side of the handle at the ferrule extending about 1 3/4", otherwise as tight and secure as the day it was made. I have never found a garish knife of this age, and do not expect to do so any time soon, a fabulous additioon to any collection. As always I offer very fair even generous combined shipping rates.
