Antique 18k white gold filigree semi mount. It would hold approximately 2.5mm - 3mm stones. It measures 1/4" north to south, the very top measures 1/2" east to west. It weighs 3 grams. It's a size 7 3/4 and can be sized. It's marked and has been tested. Light wear to the shank, circa 1920.
