Here for your consideration is a antique mahogany framed hanging shaving mirrors. Features brass hardware, hanging chain, and metal feet. This pieces' most unique feature is that it has a beautiful embossed backing with Greek or Roman hunters with bows and arrows, angels, hunting dogs, dears, lambs, pelicans wrapped in a flowing Neoclassical style. First mirror is in good condition with small spotting marks (consistent with age) in midsection. Second center mirror in good condition with small spotting here and there. Third mirror has spotting here and there also consistent with age. Mirrors still cast a sharp image despite these minor flaws. Hinges function perfectly. Embossing on the back has some wear and can easily be touched up. There were two round mounted pieces on the center back that are missing, used to make contact with the wall when hanging (perfectly functional without them). There are a few dents in the wood on the left side corners along with minor wear here and there. Great patina on the mahogany wood frames. Displays beautifully. Each section measures 8.5 by 10.5 inches. 26 3/4 inches wide when fully open.
