Beautiful Leader brand antique baby carriage with brass spoke wheels, metal supports, and elaborate wicker and wood basket. T is wonderful detail as was the fashion during the Victorian period. This is a full size pram made for babies but is probably too fragile because of its age to be used for a child today. It would be beautiful for a photography session for a baby, an addition to a vintage-styled room, displayed in an antique shop, or as a showcase for collectibles. The wheels are brass and spoked. They have a small button on the hub that, when pressed, allows the wheel to be removed from the shaft and is in working order on all four wheels. Two of the wheels have a slight bend in them which causes the slightest left tilt of the basket, but that does not keep this carriage from rolling beautifully. It even has that expected wonderful old little squeak when it is pushed along. T is a small area of tape residue on the handle as shown in the pictures. The satin and organza ribbons are easily removed and the new owner can do so or change to their own color-coordinated touch. are some measurements to help you see the size of this beautiful pram: 1.
