You are bidding on a Scare Vintage Building wall relief plaque possibly from an old church of Saint Carmen or Virgin Mary of Mount Carmel. Beautiful piece with a wonderful decoration design in the Italy or Spain style. For the true connoisseur, pieces like this do not come up very often on Ebay. This beautiful unmarked piece would look great in your collection alongside other pieces from Italy such as Professor Patterino, ICS, Faenza, Fantoni, Gambone, etc. Very Good to Excellent Condition, No cracks or Repairs or any significant damage. It does have a 1/4" nick on roof tile, numerous other after production glaze nicks due to type of low fired pottery. Also has numerous glaze bubbles and glaze skips, etc. done during the manufacturing process of glazing and baking the tile, noted for accuracy. See pictures. Has an old metal hanger and also has two holes in top of plaque for nailing plaque directly to wall. Overall really in good shape for a plaque that was most likely made for a church type setting.Dimensions: approximately 13 1/2" long by 10 1/2" wide by 3" deep at roof tile part. This is a vintage item. It has no manufacturer's signature, so I am guessing this item WAS NOT made for export to the US and was intended for a building within the country of manufacturer.
