Original US Army 1980s Gulf War Fishtail Parka: For auction is a fantastic original 1980’s US Army fishtail camo parka. The Parka has been worn and shows signs of light wear, but remains in very condition with no rips or tears. It features a large hood, elasticated cuffs, drawstring waist and two slash pockets at the hips. It is in the US Army night camouflage pattern, which is an olive drab/grey in colour. This is an iconic garment which is cut in the same pattern as the earlier M65 and M51 parkas. There is room for a button-in lining if so desired. To note that only remnants of the neck/size label remain but this is guaranteed an original garment. A great parka for going out on your Lambretta or Vespa! As most people know, these parkas tend to fit on the large side, I would estimate this to be a Medium but the exact measurements are as follows: Laid flat, pit to pit: TBC. inches Shoulder seam to cuff: TBC. inches Rear seam (at neck) to bottom hem: TBC. inches Overall, a really solid example of a classic garment with plenty of life left in it!
