Up for auction is hands down one of the most amazing pieces of vintage art deco bakelite jewelry that I have ever come across in all of my travels. It is with a tear in my eye that I have chosen to part with this piece (a real sign of the times for me personally) as it is a true favorite pulled from my own personal collection. Please bid with confidence that every piece of this gorgeous necklace has tested positively using simichrome polish and is guaranteed to be bakelite. This 26 inch absolute beauty is adorned with 27 vibrant and highly polished rock candy bakelite chunks. Each amazing piece is brilliantly crafted taking on the appearance of a collection of polished candy coated natural stones. The sizes of each piece range from 1 inch in length, width, and thickness to 3 quarters of an inch in length, width, and thickness, the composition of the majority being of the larger chunky variety. As you can see clearly in the pictures that I have presented the jagged chunks and slices of apple juice, marbled mustard, ribbed cherry red, marbled kelly and emerald green, tangerine, jet black, bright pumpkin orange, chocolate brown, slate blue gray, and marbled butter yellow, tangerine, and chocolate brown swirl compositional shapes, sizes, and color schemes are nothing less than a treat for the eyes.
