Vintage Art Deco Brass Horse Bookends with Marble Base This is a terrific pair of bookends/statues from an estate sale. The dark gray marble base of each horse measures 7 inches by 3 inches, and is 3/4 inch high.The standing horse with the lifted leg is approximately 7.5 inches tall, and the bending horse is 5.5 inches tall. They have the patina of age (I have not polished or cleaned them), but are both is very good condition. The standing horse has a couple of very small nicks on the front of the marble base, but they are hardly noticeable. Please see photos #2 and #5.They are heavy, together weighing 5 pounds and 14 ounces. Just beautiful!
