Up for auction is this lovely vintage Jostens class ring from the Art Deco period (it may be even earlier than that, from the 1920s). I have not seen another one like it. I am guessing it is a class ring; it appears to have the initial "H" on the front ( the inside is engraved with three initials, hard to read, the first one looks like an "H".) It is marked 10k. It features a lovely center design, what I believe is paneled blue glass with the center initial. The sides are elaborately detailed, even featuring miligraining on the sides. The center setting measures approximately 5/8" long and 3/8" wide. I took a picture of it on my pinky finger to give you and idea of size (I have medium-sized hands.) The ring is a size 5 3/4. It comes to you in the box I found it in. The box is blue velvet with ivory satin lining. The outside of the box shows wear and is sticky in a few spots, I will leave the cleaning/preservation to its new owner. The inside of the satin lining leads me to believe this piece is about 80 plus years old. I tried to research Jostens to see when the company was founded, I could not find that information.
