Stunning bracelet signed GERMANY KJAG the initials are the hallmark of the KOLLMAR & JOURDAN Company they have created some of the most sought after Art Deco jewelry. This bracelet is 3/4 inches wide. it is a bangle style but it will strech a little which makes putting it on very comfortable and easy. Detailed geometric shaped cutwork against simple solid alternating silver bands make up this Deco design. Kollmar and Jourdan made many items from gold and silver as well as gold clad and silver clad. While this looks like sterling and has no magnetic attraction it has no silver fitness mark. It could be silver clad instead of sterling I cannot tell by looking at it. I could test it with a drop of acid but it would mar the finish and the style and designer are more important than the silver content to me. This is a rare and unique item I doubt you will find another like it as these signed KJAG pieces are far and few between. If you like Art Deco and high quality then this is the bracelet for you. Condition is excellent vintage.
