Delightful vintage Art Deco brooch from circa 1930s. This lovely brooch is made of silver-coloured pot metal in the shape of a musical stave with the first few notes of 'Happy Birthday to You' with two tiny blue birds on the top. It is enamelled in soft shades of blue, and set with marcasites in silver pot metal. It is in excellent used condition for its age - no stones are missing, and there is no visible wear to the enamel. It measures 5.5 cm long and 2,7 cm high and fastens with a roll-lock clasp So very, very lovely - the pictures do not do this gorgeous piece justice! It would make a wonderful birthday gift! Please pay for items within 7 days of the auction end. I am happy to combine postage on multiple items if they finish within 7 days of each other, but please let me know if you plan to bid on an item that finishes a few days later, so I don't invoice you too early.
