Vintage 1940's "Pink Elephant" Celluloid Early Plastic Figural Pin Brooch Fabulous Find!!! Late 1930's-1940's "Pink Elephant" Hand Painted Celluloid Early Plastic Brooch! Three Dimensional and Wonderful Detail! These Pieces are so Fun and Unique! Great Conservation Pieces!!! This is a rather Large Brooch that measures approximately 2" tall x 2 1/2" wide. Excellent Vintage Condition!!! (FYI) *Celluloid is one of the first plastics widely used in making Jewelry. Made from natural plant fiber, Originally developed in the 1850's in England.
