Effectice Sept. 22, eBay will no longer be giving buyers and insurance option - which leaves sellers with somewhat of a quandry. In addition to this, postage rates have gone up.

In compliance with eBay policy for jewelry sellers, all items must now be insured. To continue offering free shipping as much as possible, we have no choice but to pass the insurance fee along to our buyers. However we have been able to purchase insurance through Auctiva - which is less expensive than USPS

We have offered free shipping for some time, but it will no longer be possible on some items.

We will never charge a materials or handling fee, and and will still offer free shipping on items when we feel it might possibly be cost effective.

We will be happy to combine shipping.

Most domestic packages will still be sent first class. Priority will be a flat fee of $6.00 insured. Please contact us if you would like your item sent this way.

Vintage Art Deco

Scarlet Red Hexagon Acrylic Panel Bracelet

c. 1930s

This design is everything that comes to mind when you think of classic Art Deco: clean, geometric lines; silver metal; a "modern" material and look; Bold but sleek.

We are in the process of fall cleaning, and the bracelet is actually from my own collection. I do not personally own a lot of costume jewelry, but I have really enjoyed this piece. It is simply time to pass it on to someone else who will love it and wear it more often.

* Bright scarlet red flat panels in an elongated hexagon

* Appear to be made from some kind of acrylic

* Closed back panel mountings in a silver-tone metal. Not sure what it is - some sort of alloy. Definately not pot metal or a silver plate. More substantial than most aluminum. Most closely resembles stainless steele. May have brass beneath. T's a brassy cast to the photos; but it doesn't show "in person"

* Stamped or die cut mountings that come up on the sides like saw-tooth bezels. Ends fold up over panels in an opework triangular end cap.

* Each Panel 7/8" x slightly over 1/2"
