Vintage Art Deco Roslyn china tea set 'Springtime' daffodils seven trios 25 pcs Description Vintage Roslyn china tea set Art Deco, hand painted "springtime" pattern plus mis matched co-ordinating milk & extraa sugar bowl Here we have a very pretty vintage Deco Roslyn bone china tea set for seven in the "Springtime" pattern A pure white china background with a delicate hand painted pattern of yellow & orange Daffodils & pale blue Primroses under the arching delicate trunk & canopy of a young tree. The pattern is on the front & back of each cup with the tree design on the inside rim to all but one of the cups. In addition to this pretty scene, all pieces have gilding to the rims, handles & around the base of the footed tea cups. The cups & saucers have gently scalloped edges whilst the side plates are more square. There are seven trio's, cake plate & sugar bowl, all in the Roslyn Springtime pattern. Also included is an additional sugar bowl with a delicate Daffodil design (bone china, made in England), plus milk jug (Royal Standard) which has a similar delicate arching tree & primroses beneath (with enamel centres), gilding to the rim (worn) & foot, again a delicate & pretty vintage piece which I think compliments the set well.
