Just as pictured. Opens and closes well. 1.5" diameter. Shipping insurance is offered and recommended. I am not responsible for the item after it leaves me if you do not choose to pay for insurance. Thanks!Naturally, international shipping is a couple to a few dollars more than domestic shipping. I charge a flat shipping fee that is reasonable. IMPORTANT: The larger international shipping amount is if you want it insured. Insured shipping international is much more costly than airmail. You choose. Many times, it turns out to cost less to ship the item. Unless the winning bid was a large amount, I am not going to refund shipping $$$ that you over paid. The extra goes toward supplies, gas, time at the post office (I wait in line for up to 40 minutes sometimes). If you have a problem with the shipping fee, contact me via MY EBAY prior to bidding. Note: I may sometimes overcharge on shipping for lots internationally because I do not have a scale. If I've grossly overcharged on something like that, I will work with you to refund the excess. In most cases, I am selling vintage items. These items are usually not in new or mint condition unless specified. If the piece is signed, I will specify that it is signed and w it is signed. If I do not mention a signature, t is not one. Also, I am not a collector, jeweler, grader, etc. I describe these items according to my opinion. Examine pictures and form your own opinion. You may know more about these items than I do. If a part is missing, I may not know it, but you may know by looking at the pictures. Look at the pictures, I take lots of them! I do not accept returns if you decide you don't like the item when you receive it. If you receive exactly what was pictured and described, t will be no refund. If you need more pictures, contact me! Ask questions! Also, if you are unhappy with your item-Please contact me within 3 days of receipt! Of course, some returns are inevitable.
