Up for bid in this auction is this very interesting little pottery lamp. I do not know the age but it has an arts and crafts look to it. I guarantee it not to be a reproduction. It has a newer cord with the original plug. It does work. It has a low gloss mottled green glaze. The pottery is about 3/8" thick. Nice heavy weight. The lamp base is 6.25" tall. The entire lamp including the socket but not the bulb (bulb not included) is 8.5" tall. It will require a clip on shade or a new socket to allow for the use of a harp. It had felt on the bottom when I bought it at a central Iowa estate sale but I took it off hoping to find a makers mark. No luck t I have no idea who the maker is. Any help would be appreciated. The condition is excellent, no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. This would look great in a craftsman style decor. No international bids will be accepted for this item.
