we start with a very cool looking ARVIN AM/FM 10 transistor radio in great looking & working condition.I am not sure of the model number of this arvin transistor radio as I cannot find it. This ARVIN AM/FM radio plays loud & clear on both frequencies. This ARVIN transistor radio is very unique looking. The features on this radio consist of 1-switch for bass & treble control & a switch for AFC/ON/OFF& a rotating station control knob & a AM/FM switch & a rotating volume control dial. All of these controls on this ARVIN radio work well. This arvin radio uses 6-C size batteries & batteries are included. The antenna is in fine looking & working condition. Part of the case is made out of brown grain cowhide & brown plastic in great looking condition. The strap or handle is in good to great looking condition, but has some ware on it so I would be careful. T are 2-seperate tuning dials on this radio which are in great to excellent looking & working condition, the first dial is for the AM stations & the second dial is for the FM stations. Both dial move at the same time & look & work great. The back side of this arvin radio has an earphone jack & also has an EXTERNAL power supply connection, like for a power pack for a caculator/phone/recorder ect... I am not not sure if this external power jack works & I do not have the power supply for it, but my GUESS is that the external power jack does work & if you have the comparable power supply & plug you could operate this Arvin radio without a battery pack if you have the correct power supply. Everything else on this radio works so I assume this extrenal power jack works. Assume is a dangerous word so I do know that this ARVIN radio on 6-C battery power does work & works very well. Because of the external power jack on the back side I am selling this arvin transistor radio ASIS but it is a nice one. I hope my pictures show the quality of this arvin transistor radio is in. I would ESTIMATE shipping cost to be around $9.00 USA & Canada ESTIMATED shipping cost $20.00 & ESTIMATED INTERNATIONAL shipping cost around $35.00.
