This is a beautiful pair of vintage clip on earrings . They are stamped Austria on the back. I am not certain what these are made of but they have an almost glowing effect to them. They may be some type of glass. Above the main piece is a small pastel blue sparkling rhinestone. The earrings are about 1 inch long. They are in wonderful vintage condition.
