is an old Handlan Railroad Lantern that measures 15" tall not including the handle. On the front it is marked B.R. and that side has a sliding door for the burner which I do not have. On top it reads Handlan St. Louis USA. and it also opens. It does have 3 lenes with no cracks in them, it will need a fourth lens and it does have the ring to hold it on. The mount is in very good shape with no breaks or cracks. It weighs 10 lbs. 9 oz. alone so shipping will be around 13 pounds for good packing. Would be a nice lantern to restore or to leave it the way it is. Be sure to supersize pictures for better details. Thanks for looking. I did have someone email me about this lantern and said it was a Chicago, Burlington & Quincy marker lamp for a steam locomotive. Also known as a (Burlington Railroad) lantern is why it is marked BR. More info on what he said about it is under the pictures in this listing. I will be selling more railroad lanterns in the next few days so check them out, and thanks again to the one who gave me information on this lantern.
