Offered for your consideration is a quality vintage crystal wine glass. It features a sharp cobalt blue, cut to clear pattern. The upper bell remains uncut and the lower bell features 6 faceted cut to clear panels which slant down to the stem and follow the 6-sided stem. The foot is round and is 3" in diameter. The glass stands 7 3/4" tall. Slightly flared lip. Mouth opening measures 2 5/8" in diameter. I estimate it to be about 80 years old.
Excellent condition. No chips, cracks or flakes around the edges. Some small wear scuffs on the under side of the foot as you would expect on glassware of this age.
I love that its colorful and simple style is decidedly modern by today's standards, yet it retains the charm of old world character and quality. Stunning quality crafted glass stem...you won't be disappointed.
